   OUTPATIENT SERVICES

CAPS Outpatient is a state certified program, located in San Jose California just a short distance from 1st Street, near public transportation (light rail and buses).

Collectively our staff have diverse backgrounds with over 136 years of experience and recovery.  Our outpatient co-ed program is staffed by multicultural counselors who have extensive knowledge of both substance abuse and mental health.

A phone screening, followed by an intake and thorough assessment initiates the process of admission.  Each client is assigned a primary  counselor.  They will collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan with individual counseling sessions and follow-up on their mutually agreed upon goals.  Clients are assigned groups, 1 to 3 groups per week, based on individual needs.  The CAPS groups are warm, caring and confidential.

Monthly fee for Outpatient Services is $350.00 and payments may be arranged.
